Brought together our founding team—7 engineers ready to build the future of work.
Vibe Begins
We started Vibe after seeing a common problem: employees felt unseen, feedback arrived too late, and culture lived in words - not actions. With a dedicated team of six engineers, we set out to build a system that makes voices visible, surfaces early signals, and turns culture into something teams experience every day.
First Prototype
Completed our initial Vibe prototype and began early conversations with HR leaders.
Private Alpha
Launched Vibe alpha with select design partners, refining based on real feedback.
Beta Launch
Vibe will enter beta with 50+ pilot partners across tech, healthcare, financial services, and professional services.
General Availability
Vibe will launch publicly with the full suite: recognition, rewards, community, and analytics.
